• Buyer has the right to start a dispute if goods are not received by End customer, different from the description or have low quality.

  • If goods are different from the description or have low quality, Buyer can start a dispute during 7 days after receipt confirmed. Buyer should proved Dropwow platform and Vendor with high-quality photos of received goods.

  • If goods are not received, Buyer can start a dispute after 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

  • In the beginning of any dispute Dropwow platform tries to negotiate with Buyer and solve a problem by itself. If Parties cannot reach an agreement, Dropwow platform allows Buyer to contact Vendor directly to continue negotiations.

  • If it’s confirmed goods are not received by End customer, different from the description or have low quality, money will be transferred back to Buyer.

  • If Buyer fails to pay import duties/taxes as required, Buyer shall bear the sole responsibility.

  • Vendor won’t refund items that have been damaged because of use or wear.

  • Vendor is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in shipping country.

  • If Vendor doesn’t ship parcel after 72 hours from receiving order, Buyer has the right to cancel the order without any refund to Vendor.

  • All parcels should have valid tracking information. Vendor should provide Dropwow platform with tracking information once parcel is sent. If tracking information cannot be updated within 48 hours Buyer has the right to cancel the order without any refund from Dropwow side.
